Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in BIM modeling to develop and update project models, coordinate disciplines, and collaborate with the technical team. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in BIM modeling applied to civil works 2. Ability to coordinate with key departments 3. Support in reviewing drawings and technical documentation Specialty: **Civil Engineer** A BIM Modeler with a minimum of 04 years of experience in civil works is required, preferably in modeling industrial warehouses, storage facilities, and underground networks. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm **Requirements:** * Graduate in Civil Engineering. * Experience in BIM modeling applied to civil works. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings. * Proficiency in BIM software and modeling tools. * Ability to coordinate with Technical Office, Production, and Quality departments. * Availability to work on-site at Lurín. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development and updating of project BIM models. * Coordination of disciplines according to project requirements. * Support in reviewing drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. * Coordination with the technical team to resolve observations. * Tracking and updating information in accordance with project progress. **Terms:** Estimated duration: 06 months, extendable to 08 months. Salary: S/ 3,500.00 \- S/ 4,000.00 gross per month, paid via payroll. Payroll registration with all statutory benefits. Applicants must have immediate availability.
