Space to propose ideas and generate impact We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally passionate Community Manager who wants to grow professionally in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Location: Miraflores Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. What will be your role? You will be responsible for strengthening our digital presence and directly supporting our real estate agents in their online positioning. Main responsibilities: \* Creation of engaging social media content (posts, reels, videos) \* Video editing using tools such as CapCut and Canva \* Management and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads — mandatory requirement \* Planning and execution of digital strategies \* Advising real estate agents on personal and digital marketing \* Training on social media usage and content creation \* Support in launching and optimizing digital profiles \* Analysis of campaign metrics and performance Drone operation and handling is a plus Requirements: \* GRADUATE ✔ Proven experience as a Community Manager ✔ Proficiency in Meta Ads (mandatory) ✔ Expertise in design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Creativity, initiative, and results orientation ✔ Communication and teamwork skills ✔ Interest in the real estate industry (desirable) What do we offer? \* Dynamic and collaborative work environment \* Real opportunities for professional growth \* Space to propose ideas and generate impact \* Development in the real estate and digital marketing sectors If you are passionate about the digital world and want to join a team where your creativity makes a difference, apply now and grow with us!
