We are looking for a seamstress (MALE) passionate about artisanal work** Do you enjoy sewing, creating, and bringing unique characters to life? At *G\&C Soluciones Empresariales*, we design products with great creativity and attention to detail for various brands, campaigns, and special occasions. And now… we want you on board! **What do we need?** We seek a responsible, committed individual with sewing experience—both machine and hand sewing. Ideally, you should feel comfortable working with diverse materials such as fabrics, felt, stuffing, etc. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Fully manufacturing dolls and textile products from start to finish. * Applying different sewing techniques according to each design: embroidery, invisible seams, decorative stitches, etc. * Assisting with other workshop tasks, such as: * Organizing materials * Supporting assembly and component fitting * Contributing ideas to improve processes * Collaborating effectively within a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and propose ideas. **What do we highly value?** * Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines (flatbed, overlock, etc.). * An eye for detail and high-quality finishes. * Genuine enjoyment of artisanal work and enthusiasm for adding your personal touch to every piece. **What do we offer in return?** * A warm, creative, and flexible environment where every idea counts. * Flexible working hours based on production and project needs (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). * Opportunities for growth within a team that values work done with dedication and heart. * Sundays and holidays off. **THIS POSITION IS BASED AT A WORKSHOP LOCATED IN THE DISTRICT OF INDEPENDENCIA.
