Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service and sales in a bookstore/gift shop, providing consultation, operating equipment, and managing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Customer Service and Sales (Bookstore \- Gift Shop) Work Mode: On-site — \[Jesús María] Main Responsibilities \* Direct customer service and consultation in-store and via digital channels. \* Operation of photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding equipment. \* Basic designs and printing using Canva. \* Basic inventory control and sales recordkeeping (Word / Excel). Requirements \* Reside in areas near Jesús María \* Completed secondary education. \* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service. \* Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Canva. Knowledge of printer and photocopier operation. \* Proactivity, dynamism, empathy, and customer orientation. \* One day off between Saturday or Sunday. Required Documentation: \* Criminal background check, health certificate, and recent water or electricity bill. Available Shifts Shift 1 (Full-time) Monday \- Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday or Sunday: 2:00 PM \- 7:30 PM Rotating day off between Saturday or Sunday Base Salary S/1130 Shift 2 Monday \- Friday 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Saturday or Sunday 2:00 PM \- 7:30 PM, salary S/717.81 Salary: Starting from S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
