We are looking for someone who analyzes information, identifies business opportunities, and transforms questions into actionable insights, recommendations, and data-driven solutions—working closely with various departments and teams across Data, Analytics & AI. **Responsibilities:** Translate business objectives, problems, and questions into clear hypotheses, analyses, and data requirements—aligning scope, metrics, and success criteria with stakeholders. Explore, integrate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to detect patterns, root causes, risks, and opportunities—ensuring result consistency and traceability. Generate actionable insights and recommendations by connecting quantitative evidence with the business’s operational, commercial, and financial context. Develop business cases and monetization calculations for initiatives—estimating benefits, costs, assumptions, baseline, incremental impact, and value-tracking mechanisms. Design and execute experiments—including A/B tests, pilots, controlled trials, or quasi-experimental designs—defining hypotheses, metrics, samples, potential biases, and decision criteria. Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate performance monitoring and decision-making—applying principles of user experience, data storytelling, and self-service. Develop reproducible analyses and functional prototypes of data products—including analytical models, alerts, agents, and decision-support tools. Validate analytical products with end users, measure usage and impact, collect feedback, and iterate until adoption and value generation are achieved. Communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences—and collaborate with data governance, engineering, data science, AI, technology, and business teams to close gaps and ensure sustainable, scalable solutions. Requirements Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in similar roles. **SQL and BigQuery:** Complex queries, JOINs, CTEs, window functions, basic optimization, and result validation. **Statistical Analysis:** Exploratory analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics, sampling, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, and regression. **Experimentation:** A/B testing, pilot design, metrics, statistical power, biases, causality, and interpretation of results. **BI and Visualization:** Power BI, Looker, or equivalents; semantic modeling, UX, data storytelling, and dashboard design. **Python for Data Analysis:** Pandas, notebooks, visualization, and statistical libraries. **Data Modeling and Governance:** Data modeling, quality, lineage, cataloging, governance, and consumption of data products within a data lakehouse. **Discovery and Requirements Management:** Requirements elicitation, metric definition, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management. **Business Case and Monetization:** Baseline, incremental benefit, costs, ROI, payback period, sensitivity analysis, and value-capture tracking. **Generative AI and Agents:** Capabilities, limitations, evaluation, grounding, and collaboration criteria with AI teams.
