We value the balance between personal and professional life. * Diversity, equity, and inclusion: We are committed to equal opportunity for all, regardless of origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic status. **Data Scientist** **(Lima\-Hybrid)** **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Designing and implementing AI, advanced analytics, and automation solutions—prioritizing high-impact quick wins. * Building AI agents and models using group-approved platforms. * Designing and maintaining data architectures aligned with global principles. * Implementing ELT/ETL pipelines and API integrations and cloud-based automations. * Optimizing analytics capabilities through efficient datasets and robust models for Power BI. * Collaborating with global teams to align with group standards, technical guidelines, and best practices. * Addressing incidents, requests, and support needs for data platforms, analytics, and integrations. * Ensuring stability, performance, and SLA compliance. * Coordinating with global support teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues. * Driving continuous improvements in data security, performance, and governance. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Statistics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Approximately 5 years of experience in data engineering, advanced analytics, or AI within senior technical roles. * Knowledge in: + Artificial Intelligence \& Automation: ML or LLM models; building AI agents or workflows using MS Fabric and AWS. + Data \& Cloud: Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, workflows.
