If you are passionate about social media, content design, and digital marketing, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Support social media planning and management. * Schedule posts according to the content calendar. * Monitor messages, comments, and interactions on social media. * Assist in recruiting personnel for job vacancies. * Research digital trends, formats, and tools to propose new ideas. * Prepare basic performance reports for posts. * Conduct **Live** broadcasts on social media (TikTok, Facebook). **Requirements** * Technical or incomplete studies related to content creation or digital marketing (preferred) * Knowledge of social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). * Proficiency in Canva (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite. * Creativity, organization, and proactivity. * Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is preferred. **We Offer** * Salary of **S/. 1200** * Full payroll registration * 100% statutory benefits * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity to develop a professional portfolio. **Work Modality** * On-site. * Working hours: 9 AM \- 6 PM Workplace Lima – Av.
