Position Summary: Designs and constructs personalized women's fashion, creating unique experiences and magical, exclusive, custom-made garments. Key Highlights: 1. We are passionate about bringing our clients' dreams to life by offering magical, exclusive, and custom-made garments that fit their bodies perfectly and highlight their unique style. **Main Responsibilities** * **Creative Development:** Continuously design and propose new, unique, and exclusive collections and models aligned with the brand identity. * **Custom Construction:** Perform pattern-making, cutting, and construction of garments from scratch. * **Technical Innovation:** Implement and rapidly adapt to new construction techniques to optimize finishes and processes. * **Collaborative Work:** Actively coordinate with the team to ensure each garment meets quality standards and delivery timelines. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Professional or intern in Fashion Design, Tailoring, Dressmaking, or related fields. * **Work Modality: 20% on-site (San Miguel) / 80% fieldwork (La Victoria)** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in pattern-making, custom garment construction, and finishing (preferred). * **Technical Skills:** Solid knowledge of custom garment construction and ability to quickly adapt to new sewing techniques. * **Soft Skills:** High creativity, teamwork ability, responsibility, punctuality, and strong commitment. **Working Conditions** * **Salary: S/.1200 to S/.1600, variable based on experience** * **Schedule:** Full-Time (8 hours daily). * **Location:** La Victoria / San Miguel **Are you passionate about exclusive fashion and want to work magic with us?** If you meet the profile and wish to join the **DFRIKAH and BASICAMENTE** family, please send us your CV and/or portfolio for further details about the selection process.
