Proposal of technical improvements and optimization of solutions We are a company dedicated to the implementation, remodeling, conditioning, and construction of buildings across various sectors, and we are currently seeking a(n): **Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer** We seek a committed, proactive professional with strong teamwork skills, focused on the development and supervision of electrical projects in buildings. **Requirements** * Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical building projects. * Experience in preparing electrical specialty budgets. * Experience in supervising electrical projects in buildings. * Knowledge of preparing electrical technical files. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency. * Knowledge of electrical design and power systems. * Familiarity with applicable electrical regulations and standards. * Experience in low-voltage systems, medium-voltage systems, and substations will be valued. * Availability for on-site work in Lima – Los Olivos district **Responsibilities** * Supervision of electrical installation works. * Preparation of costs, budgets, and quantity take-offs for electrical items. * Integration and preparation of electrical drawings. * Technical coordination with construction teams and other specialties. * Technical monitoring and supervision during project execution. · Proposal of technical improvements and optimization of electrical installation solutions.
