**Engineering and Project Manager** Marco Peruana, a service provider company for the mining, hydraulic, and industrial sectors, is looking for the best professionals for the position of Engineering and Project Manager at our Callao site. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Manage and administer engineering resources, providing support to all areas of the company. **PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of work experience. * Specialization in Project Management or related areas. * Intermediate level of English. * Proficient in Office (Excel, Word). * Availability to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collaborate with clients in defining and achieving objectives. * Develop and define Hydraulic Business projects according to the company’s needs, goals, and capabilities. * Create planning schedules with defined dates and deadlines for project stages, documented in Gantt charts. * Lead and coordinate resources used in all project phases. * Assign and supervise tasks designated for project execution. * Manage and control financial resources according to the project budget. * Make situational decisions, implement changes, and provide effective solutions to arising problems. * Proactively identify failures and potential risks affecting project development in order to adopt appropriate solutions. * Maintain relationships with external parties. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and resources when needed by the project. * Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with established quality, cost, and time objectives. * Prepare meeting minutes and periodic reports to communicate progress and results. * Respond to clients and third parties regarding achieved outcomes. * Coordinate design of technical drawings based on internal and external user (client) requirements. * Manage resources and effectively lead engineers within the Engineering and Projects department. * Promote a high standard of work environment within the Engineering and Projects area. * Design and execute learning and development programs through internal training. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Payroll registration from the first day of work. * Participation in company profits. * Full coverage (100%) of travel allowances, meals, and accommodation. * 100% company-covered personal accident insurance. * Corporate agreements with gyms (SMART FIT) and educational centers. * Additional paid leave days.
