Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor information, raise alerts, generate action plans, and participate in project management to improve channel operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor information and generate action plans to improve operational performance 2. Participate in the management of evolutionary projects as Sponsor and Product Owner (PO) 3. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Monitor BAU (Business As Usual) information for channels, including aggregated commercial management. Raise alerts and generate action plans to improve channel operations from the customer and product perspectives. Act as PMO for necessary improvements arising from audits and be responsible for post-implementation follow-up. Collaborate on analyzing information related to the cost allocation process from Holding (FIGs). Monitor channel process information and operational performance. Raise alerts and generate action plans to improve channel operations from the customer and product perspectives. Investigate pain points and design functional solutions. Participate in managing evolutionary projects in the roles of Sponsor and Product Owner (PO), as required. Collaborate in implementing these improvements and deploying them across all stakeholders. Attend strategic meetings. Prepare executive documents for top management. Design action plans for execution. Manage recurring committees with various stakeholder teams.
