Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder in Telecommunications Engineering or related fields, with experience in external/internal plant design and maintenance, to perform feasibility analysis and telecommunications project management. Advanced knowledge of Fiber, Microwave, and CCNA REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of telecommunications equipment * Experience in external and internal plant design * Experience in maintenance and installations * Knowledge of Fiber and Microwave technologies * CCNA certification (4 modules) * Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency * Full availability RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform feasibility analysis for telecommunications service installations; validate resources and equipment at base stations and nodes. * Analyze transmission media (FO/MO/SAT) and verify line-of-sight (LOS) using simulation software. * Coordinate with CLARO’s internal departments to close projects, including Commercial (Sales), Installations, Project Administration, among others. * Handle emails and requests for corporate sales support. * Upload equipment quotations and other required documents to the SGA system. * Consolidate simple and complex projects across all corporate sectors. * Track and finalize project closure. * Read engineering drawings and use GIS tools. * General knowledge of external plant optical fiber (splice closures, splicing, optical terminals, camera/bunker layout, cable laying, ducting, data center designs). * Propose risk mitigation plans affecting projects. * Handle migration projects: identify CIDs to be migrated in SGA, approve EF: GPON (13 POPs), site/POP relocations, etc. * Submit monthly reports to MTC: approximately 30 links delivered per month. * Support major projects (MINEDU, PRONATEL, HFC Collaborators) Skills: * Teamwork * Proactive attitude * Problem-solving ability * Soft skills * Positive attitude Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
