Full Stack Developer – Systems Integration \& HR Automation **Requirements:** Proficiency in SQL with proven experience in at least two engines: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Development of applications and REST APIs using Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django) and/or Node.js or .NET. Experience integrating systems via APIs and automating manual processes. JavaScript and TypeScript in production environments. Advanced Excel and Power BI for management reporting. Proficient use of Git (branches, pull requests, conflict resolution). **RESPONSIBILITIES** Integrate isolated systems using SQL and REST APIs, eliminating manual exports and processes. Model and optimize databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) **BENEFITS** Salary range: S/ 3,000 – S/ 4,000 per month. Schedule: Monday to Friday · Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote). Manage automated backups and recovery procedures. SOLID principles, design patterns, and Git. Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2\.0, roles) Secure handling of sensitive personnel data. Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and technical documentation. Develop applications in Python (or other languages) to automate repetitive HR tasks. Build the Operations Timesheet: calculation of labor hours and overtime (25%, 35%, 100%), group-specific conditions, and digital supervisor approvals. Generate final exportable Operations report in Excel format, with historical data searchable by period. Develop responsive web interfaces (PC, tablet, mobile) using JavaScript/TypeScript.
