Saam Studio Location: Metropolitan Lima | Work Mode: On-site Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Main Responsibilities: Develop interior design projects: conceptualization, space planning, selection of finishes, furniture, and lighting. Coordinate with suppliers and clients throughout all project stages. Conduct technical site visits to verify design compliance, workmanship quality, and adherence to current regulations. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, budgets, and construction schedules. Participate in generating renders, presentations, and visual proposals for clients. Essential Requirements: Interior Architect or Interior Designer. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction supervision and interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max (MANDATORY). Availability to conduct on-site visits within Metropolitan Lima. Teamwork skills, leadership ability, and excellent communication with clients. Portfolio of completed projects (MANDATORY). Experience in creative, functional, and high-level design projects.
