We are currently seeking a creative, proactive Interior Designer with experience in commercial projects. Responsibilities * Creation of designs and 3D modeling for commercial and residential premises. * Development of architectural and interior floor plans (floor plans, sections, elevations, and details). * Preparation of furniture layout plans and construction details. * Selection and specification of finishes, materials, and lighting. * Support during technical site visits and on-site data collection (occasional basis). Requirements * Technician or graduate in Interior Design. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in commercial and/or residential premises design. * Proficiency in **SketchUp \+ V\-Ray** (intermediate–advanced level). * Knowledge of **V\-Ray 6**, lighting, materials, and photorealistic rendering. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (intermediate–advanced level) for detailed floor plans, sections, and elevations. * Familiarity with **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator** (basic/intermediate level). * Knowledge of construction finishes and materials. * **Must reside in Northern Lima (mandatory).** Working Hours * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation **S/ 1,200\.00 including RHE** Application Interested candidates must **submit their CV along with their portfolio or renders of completed projects**. Evaluation will focus on 3D modeling quality, realism level, and floor plan preparation. The position is onsite; add at the end: **Work Mode:** Onsite – Northern Lima.
