Position Summary: A professional skilled in 3D design and rendering to supervise furniture installations, inspect construction sites, and coordinate projects. Preparation and review of drawings Requirements: \- Ability to read and interpret drawings \- Basic knowledge of melamine furniture (desirable but not mandatory) \- Proficiency in 3D design and rendering \- Portfolio of previous work must be attached Main Responsibilities: \- Accompany and supervise furniture installations \- Verify measurements and site conditions \- Ensure installations comply with drawings \- Identify errors or incompatibilities prior to installation \- Coordinate with production regarding any on-site observations \- Document progress using photographs and reports \- Assist in preparing or reviewing drawings when required \- Follow up on pending observations until resolution \- Modify designs in SketchUp as needed \- Create 3D designs and renders for residential projects, houses, apartments, and commercial spaces!
