Join our great family and develop your potential in a dynamic and continuously growing environment! **What do you need to know?** * Interest in digital content creation and social media. * Basic knowledge of content formats for Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms. * Basic proficiency with editing tools such as Canva or others. * Creativity and ability to propose content ideas. * Ability to record content using a smartphone or camera. * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. * Availability for in-person, full-time work. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Photography and video shooting: 3 sessions per month to gather necessary images/videos for reels/stories/posts (including photos/videos) * Production of at least 15 reels or posts per month (edited, with voice-over, videos, or flyers that remain on the feed) * 30 stories per month (visible for only 24 hours, then disappear) * Copywriting (the text displayed in each advertising piece, such as flyers, reels, posts, etc.) * Social media monitoring (responding to inquiries and interacting with users) * Design and management of advertising campaigns (2 targeted campaigns for Facebook and Instagram) * Monthly analytical reports (performance results of posts and campaigns) * Work involves two accounts/companies; the number of reels/stories is distributed between both. **Conditions** * S/1500 Soles under RXH modality. * Remote work with specific days required on-site at the office.
