




Position Summary: We are seeking an NOC Coordinator to supervise, operate, and maintain managed services; manage tickets; and configure network equipment for a telecommunications company. We are currently seeking talented professionals like you for the NOC COORDINATOR role. **Requirements:** * Graduate or degree holder in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support and call center/NOC operations. * Knowledge of the OSI model and networking fundamentals (Cisco). * Experience configuring MikroTik equipment. * Proficiency in network monitoring systems. * Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting) and Visio for diagramming. * Excellent assertive communication skills, ability to solve problems under pressure, empathy toward customers, and meticulous documentation practices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, operate, and perform maintenance on managed services provided to our clients. * Handle calls promptly, courteously, and technically, maintaining clear, ongoing communication regarding service status. * Ensure end-to-end ticket lifecycle management (creation, tracking, and closure) per defined processes. * Prepare data-driven incident reports, ensuring information quality for decision-making. * Perform configurations on MikroTik, FortiGate, and Cisco equipment per requirements. * Proactively inform clients about progress, status changes, and implemented solutions. * Carry out other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **SHIFTS: Rotating.** Skills: * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Teamwork Please send your documented CV to rrhh@aydproyectos.com.pe, indicating your salary expectations.
