Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in process-based management, planning, and occupational profile design, and who is available for travel. Key Highlights: 1. Availability for travel **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in social sciences, administrative sciences, engineering, or political science. * (2\) Specialization programs and/or diplomas in Process-Based Management, Process Improvement and Redesign, or Project Management, with a minimum of 24 academic hours. **Experience:** * More than seven (07\) years of general professional experience in the public or private sector. * Specific experience exceeding seven (05\) years in roles related to process-based management or planning in the public or private sector. Preference given to candidates with experience in occupational profile design, competency standards, and/or functional mapping. **Mandatory Requirement:** * Availability for travel. Salary: S/.3,055\.41 \- S/.11,651\.53 per month Work Location: On-site employment
