PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer to plan, organize, and supervise projects, coordinate resources, and ensure achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Development of schedules and budgets ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering **(Mandatory)** * Minimum 1 year of experience in LV/MV design * Excellent communication skills at all levels, personnel management ability, and analytical capability * Experience with AUTOCAD and office software * Must reside in the southern Lima area **(Mandatory)** ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Plan, organize, and supervise activities required for execution of assigned projects. * Knowledge of AutoCAD or design software. * Coordinate human, material, and technical resources to ensure achievement of project objectives. * Supervise on-site execution to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. * Perform project planning, including development of schedules, budgets, and progress reports. * Monitor budget execution, identify deviations, and propose corrective measures when necessary. * Interact with clients and other internal departments to align expectations and outcomes. * Conduct technical site visits and quotations.
