Job Summary: Sapelli Mobiliario is seeking a Project Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution, manufacturing, and installation of furniture, ensuring compliance and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and coordinate furniture manufacturing and installation projects. 2. Supervise progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications. 3. Control budget and identify risks for preventive actions. Sapelli Mobiliario is a furniture manufacturing and installation company. We are currently seeking 01 Project Supervisor. * Plan project execution according to the approved schedule. * Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Installation departments to ensure availability of information, materials, and resources. * Supervise furniture manufacturing progress, verifying adherence to established deadlines. * Develop and update execution schedules for each project. * Schedule installation activities in coordination with the client and technical team. * Supervise on-site installation work to ensure compliance with technical specifications. * Verify that drawings, technical data sheets, and production orders are executed correctly. * Monitor adherence to the project’s assigned budget and promptly report any deviations. * Identify risks that may affect project development and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Coordinate responses to client-requested changes, assessing their impact on costs, timelines, and resources. * Conduct periodic quality inspections during furniture manufacturing and installation. * Manage immediate resolution of observations, non-conformities, and project-related complaints. * Supervise proper use of materials, tools, and equipment assigned to the project.
