At **Protiviti**, we are looking for a **Tech Lead** to lead an important technology project alongside our client **TASA**. We seek a professional who combines **technical leadership, software development experience, and architectural vision**, capable of guiding the team in defining solutions and ensuring development quality. **What will be your challenge?** * Lead the development team technically and support decision-making. * Design and define **solution architecture and software architecture**, applying patterns and best practices. * Analyze requirements and translate them into **scalable, efficient, and sustainable** technical solutions. * Participate in designing and developing solutions using **C\#, Python, React, and Angular**. * Work with **SQL Server and Azure services**. * Supervise API, service, and component development and integration. * Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development and quality standards. * Promote best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies. * Identify technical risks and dependencies, proposing timely solutions. * Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure correct solution implementation. * Lead resolution of technical conflicts and challenges within the team. * Ensure quality and correct implementation of developed solutions. **What are we looking for in you?** * **3+ years serving as a Technical Lead / Tech Lead.** * Experience leading technical teams of **5 or more people**. * **SQL Server** — mandatory. * Experience with **C\# and Python**. * Experience with **React and/or Angular**. * Knowledge of **Azure services**. * Proficiency with **Git/GitLab**. * Experience working under agile methodologies. * Strong knowledge of **software architecture and design patterns**. * Knowledge of quality control techniques. **What You Should Know** * 6-month project * Work mode: Hybrid — 3 days onsite \+ 2 days remote * Location: San Borja and Callao Plant * Corporate team * Immediate availability * Payroll with all statutory benefits Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.7,500\.00 per hour Application Questions: * 1\.
