Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics. DIGITAL TRAFFICKER – LIZARASO Main Responsibilities * Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Manage advertising budgets according to campaign performance. * Run campaigns targeting sales, messages, traffic, forms, and lead generation. * Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS. * Conduct A/B tests of creatives, ads, copy, audiences, and segmentations. * Build remarketing campaigns and custom or similar audiences. * Identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvement actions. * Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager. * Verify accurate event and conversion tracking. * Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams. * Analyze competitors’ advertising trends and strategies. * Prepare performance reports and improvement recommendations. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Digital Trafficker, Media Buyer, or Performance Analyst. * Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Experience running sales, messaging, form submission, and lead generation campaigns. * Knowledge of segmentation, remarketing, and A/B testing. * Organized, analytically capable, and results-driven. Working Conditions * Company: Lizaraso. * Work Modality: On-site. * Address: Gonzáles Prada 355, Miraflores. * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Benefit: Formal employment under MYPE payroll.
