Positive work environment We are CORNEJO \+ FIORINI ARQUITECTOS, an architecture firm specializing in multifamily building design, committed to the quality of our work and the development of creative designs; and as part of our growth, we are currently seeking a VISUALIZATION ARCHITECT to join our team. Prior EXPERIENCE IN MULTIFAMILY FACADE DESIGN is essential and highly valued. Responsibilities: * Responsible for exterior rendering design (facades). * 3D modeling, texturing, and camera framing. * Contribution to material selection across various projects. Requirements: * Licensed architect or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum one year of experience designing multifamily facades. * High level of creativity, strong imagination, and ability to think and create in three dimensions. * Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Render, and related software; Photoshop, Revit, and AutoCAD. * Advanced exterior modeling and texturing skills (advanced-level material control). * In-depth knowledge of materials. * Experience in image post-production. * Teamwork skills. * Proactive, responsible, and creative.
