Contributes to improving the user experience. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Pre-Professional Intern in the IT Management Team – Wealth Management**, which designs and operates the technology and data capabilities enabling the scaling of Wealth Management, enhancing the user experience, ensuring operational continuity, and accelerating the regional business transformation. **Mission:** Provide support in managing and monitoring the Wealth Management Tribe’s IT processes, contributing to process organization, access management, incident tracking, license administration, and application documentation that support business operations and technological transformation. **Responsibilities:** * Support in mapping and organizing IT processes for the Wealth Management Tribe. * Support in access management, incident tracking, and SLA monitoring. * Support in license management, including inventory, contracts, and license acquisition. * Support in documenting applications under the Wealth Management Tribe’s domain. * Support in researching and analyzing application benchmarks. **Requirements:** * University student from the 8th semester onward in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * English at Basic-Intermediate level. **This recruitment opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities.**
