Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support in a mining environment, managing documentation, contract tracking, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive administrative support to the mining project team 2. Management of records and coordination for supplier qualification 3. Preparation of reports and monitoring of administrative indicators Adecco, on behalf of our mining client, is currently looking for 1 Administrative Assistant (Mining). · REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (graduated or final-year students). Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative tasks within industrial or mining environments. Proficiency in the WebControl system (desirable). Knowledge of supplier qualification processes (desirable). Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas). Availability to work under non-standard working arrangements. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team in tasks such as document control, personnel and equipment entry. Manage records on the WebControl platform: user creation, access permissions, validations, and tracking. Coordinate with internal and external departments to fulfill supplier qualification requirements. Support contract tracking, renewals, and upload of documentation into relevant systems. Prepare reports and monitor administrative and management indicators. Organize physical and digital files according to client standards. · WORK SCHEDULE 5x2 – Monday to Friday · BENEFITS: Salary: S/. 1200 + full payroll processing through ADECCO. Work location: Challhuahuacho Payments are made monthly.
