We are a reputable company known for our long-standing expertise in the security sector. We are currently seeking SECURITY AGENTS – Ventanilla to join our team. If you have relevant experience and meet the requirements listed below, we invite you to apply and become part of our family. Functions: Conduct security patrols to prevent incidents and ensure facility safety. Identify potential risks and respond immediately according to established protocols. Report incidents and prepare basic shift reports. Comply with company and client security policies and procedures. Support coverage of nearby units when operationally required (desirable). Requirements: Minimum certified experience of 6 months as a security agent or in related roles. Valid SUCAMEC certification (desirable). No criminal or judicial records. Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods. Responsibility, service-oriented attitude, and high situational awareness. Availability to work rotating shifts. We Offer: Compensation of S/ 1,601.30 (gross). Formal employment under the REMYPE regime. EsSalud coverage fully covered by the company. 15 paid vacation days upon completion of 1 year.
