At Grupo HNG, we are looking for a Full Stack AI Developer: a developer experienced in building production-grade products who leverages Artificial Intelligence tools as part of their development stack to create more agile, scalable, and innovative solutions. We are not seeking a research or data science profile. We seek a developer with a product mindset, solid technical foundation, and practical ability to integrate AI technologies into functional, business-oriented solutions. Role Objective To design, develop, and implement end-to-end technology solutions by integrating AI tools and capabilities into both existing products and new developments. The role requires a Full Stack profile with product orientation and hands-on knowledge of AI tools—capable of building functional, scalable solutions aligned with real business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications and products in production. Implement new features using Artificial Intelligence tools. Integrate AI-based APIs and services into existing products. Build scalable and maintainable Full Stack solutions. Participate in technical decision-making and architectural improvements. Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams. Optimize workflows, automations, and user experience using AI. Ensure adherence to best practices in development, testing, and documentation. Professional Profile Full Stack Development (Core of the Role) Experience developing end-to-end web applications. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python. Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js or similar). Backend development with REST APIs and microservices. Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Proficiency with Git and collaborative development practices. Adherence to development best practices: clean code, testing, and maintainability. Experience working on production-grade products. Artificial Intelligence Knowledge (Applied) Experience using AI tools within the development workflow. Integration of LLM model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or others). Prompt engineering. Integration of AI assistants or AI-powered features into products. Basic/intermediate knowledge of RAG or embeddings (desirable). Use of AI tools to accelerate development and automation. Cloud & Tools Practical knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience deploying cloud applications. Docker (desirable). Firebase, Supabase, or Vercel (desirable). Requirements 2–5 years of software development experience. Experience building products or features deployed in production. Experience working with Full Stack technologies.
