Focus on acquisition and retention of corporate clients **AR Consulting Empresarial**, a consulting firm specialized in Occupational Safety and Health, is currently seeking a **Sales Advisor** to join our commercial team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Acquire and contact new corporate clients. * Support the development and management of the client portfolio. * Follow up with prospective and existing clients. * Retain and maintain commercial relationships with clients. * Prepare and send commercial quotations. * Conduct in-person visits to clients. * Follow up on commercial opportunities until sale closure. * Support negotiation and closing of corporate sales. * Register and update client and commercial opportunity information. * Monitor commercial performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Business Administration or related field (university or technical degree). * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, corporate sales, or B2B (preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. * Availability to conduct in-person client visits. * Residence in Metropolitan Lima or ability to travel as required. **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract \+ commissions. * 8-hour workday. * Hybrid work modality. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the commercial area.
