Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant with background in accounting firms to join our team, responsible for recording and analyzing transactions, reconciliations, and supporting tax filings. We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team. Requirements: Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Accounting. Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions. Mandatory experience in accounting firms. Advanced-level Excel proficiency. Knowledge of IGV (Peruvian VAT), withholding taxes, retention taxes, and advance payments. Experience in bank reconciliations and account analysis. Familiarity with Concar, Odoo, and SAP Business One is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Recording and analysis of accounting transactions. Preparation of bank reconciliations. Analysis and review of accounting accounts. Control and review of supporting documentation. Support in preparation and review of monthly tax returns. Preparation of accounting reports and annexes. Handling requests related to the assigned client portfolio. Other duties inherent to the position. Competencies: Organization and attention to detail. Analytical ability.
