Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to control, record, and validate merchandise stock, ensuring proper warehouse management and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment Our client, a prominent local company operating in the Callao market and distinguished in the mass consumption sector, is searching for top talent to fill the position of Inventory Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university studies in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Intermediate-level SAP proficiency. WMS proficiency. Availability to work rotating shifts. Residence in Callao or Ventanilla. WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts with rotating days off: Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Night shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and record incoming and outgoing merchandise, verifying that information matches corresponding shipping documents and records. Conduct cyclic and general inventories to ensure accurate validation and updating of physical and system stock levels. Record and update product movements in the company’s inventory or ERP system. Identify inventory discrepancies, shortages, or overages, and promptly report them to the supervisor or immediate manager. Support receiving, storage, and dispatching of merchandise, ensuring orderly arrangement and correct product placement. Prepare basic stock, movement, and inventory control reports for operational area tracking. Maintain warehouse order and compliance with safety and control procedures.
