We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **Operations Assistant.** Requirements: * University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (final-year students or recent graduates). * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. * Availability to work in Lurín. * Basic knowledge of operational or logistical processes (preferred). Responsibilities: * Organize and update operational and technical documentation. * Support supplier management and procurement coordination. * Monitor production progress and generate periodic reports. * Assist in scheduling shifts for technical and administrative staff. * Control preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Facilitate communication among different company departments. * Maintain communication regarding units or operational requirements. * Track necessary information for report preparation. * Provide administrative support to the operations area.
