Job Summary: We are seeking a Services and Projects Commercial Advisor to supervise contracted services, prepare management reports, and consolidate sales information within the food industry. We are currently seeking a Services and Projects Commercial Advisor. REQUIREMENTS: University graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory) Course and/or diploma in Commercial Management. Course/diploma in Project Management. Specialization in digital tools. Advanced-level Office proficiency (Mandatory) Proficiency in AI-powered digital tools (Mandatory) Basic-level SAP knowledge Basic-level AutoCAD proficiency Minimum 2 years of experience in the industrial sector (preferably in the food industry – bakery) Knowledge of gastronomic household appliances, ovens, slicers, cutters, or production lines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise compliance with contracted services, verifying that execution adheres to agreed conditions, quality standards, and established deadlines, proposing improvement actions where appropriate. Prepare, analyze, and present management reports, defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations, and promptly alerting supervisors to support decision-making. Consolidate and validate information on sold services, coordinating with the Quotation Department and other involved departments to ensure proper management and follow-up. Support preparation of monthly closing reports, ensuring reliability, consistency, and timeliness of reported information. Manage marketing of spare parts and components from warehouse stock, tracking inventory levels and coordinating alerts with the relevant department to ensure appropriate stock rotation. Design and propose control and planning models aimed at optimizing operational, commercial, and administrative management of the department.
