Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Programmer Assistant for technical support, application maintenance, development and execution of contingency plans, and optimization of operational procedures. Requirements: Technical or university studies in the final cycles of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (*). 1 year of experience in similar positions and/or functions (*). Knowledge of computing and information technology. Proficiency in various programming languages. Knowledge of database management. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. General knowledge of Information Security, Secure Development, or Cybersecurity (*). Availability to work in Surquillo from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (on-site). Responsibilities: Provide technical support related to technical information analysis and maintenance of the company's service applications. Provide technical support in developing or executing the company's system contingency plans. Suggest operational and control procedures to optimize application performance. Assist in installing software—new or existing—and in configuring software or equipment. Report any failures, technical, operational, or security anomalies in the relevant areas, and follow up on resolution. Inform process department staff or other personnel involved about installations, changes, and improvements made to systems and equipment. Handle requirements, incidents, and changes in the company's system databases. Comply with the company's current provisions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
