Job Mission: To prepare sales budgets and expense forecasts to identify alternative solutions that maximize company profitability while maintaining final product quality standards. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. \- 3 years of proven experience in this role. \- Training course in Quantity Surveying, Costs, and Budgeting. \- Knowledge of blueprint reading. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: \- Prepare the budget for each assigned project, seeking optimal market costs and maximum profitability. \- Coordinate and supervise the proper preparation of technical-economic proposals requested by the Commercial Department. \- Coordinate with suppliers to develop proposals offering the best balance of price and quality while achieving target profit margins. \- Prepare reference budgetary control: sales vs. procurement for each project under tender. \- Coordinate budget preparation based on client-provided blueprints and technical specifications.
