Job Summary: A leading industrial company in the metallurgical sector is seeking Casting Operators to support operations, supply materials, conduct inspections, and maintain order in the plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support casting operations as instructed by the supervisor 2. Supply and transport materials (graphite, copper wire rod, and consumables) 3. Inspect the area and report anomalies A leading industrial metallurgical company, Transformadora de Metales Lima S.A.C. (TM LIMA), engaged in the production of copper wire rod, is currently seeking Casting Operators for its plant in Ate. Main Responsibilities Support casting area operations as directed by the supervisor. Supply and transport materials (graphite, copper wire rod, and consumables). Assist with material loading and unloading. Inspect the area and report anomalies. Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks (5S). Record shift information (checklists, incidents, and production). Other duties assigned by management. Requirements Completed secondary education. Minimum 1.5 to 3 years of experience in industrial production. Experience in foundry, metalworking, industrial plastics, piping, or high-temperature processes. Desirable experience with automated machinery. Availability to work rotating shifts. Availability to work on-site in Ate. No history of vertigo (work at heights and on platforms). Immediate availability. Working Conditions Rotating shifts Monday through Sunday: 6:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. / 3:15 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. / 9:55 p.m. – 6:40 a.m. Possibility of 12-hour shifts depending on production needs. Weekly or biweekly shift rotation. Work involving exposure to heat and physical exertion. Benefits Formal employment registration from day one (General Regime). Salary: S/ 1,600 monthly (monthly payments via BCP). Quarterly performance bonus (up to S/ 375).
