This position is critical in the mining industry, offering a collaborative and professional work environment within a company focused on mineral resource evaluation. The impact of this role is significant, as proper sampling and analysis of minerals are fundamental to decision-making in production processes and resource optimization. *Key Responsibilities - Perform mineral sampling according to established standards. - Analyze and process data obtained from samples to ensure result quality. - Collaborate with the team to interpret laboratory results. - Knowledge of sample preparation. - Knowledge of gold and silver analysis via fire assay. - Knowledge of sample dosing, smelting, and cupellation for gold and silver determination. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all analyses performed. - Participate in meetings and propose process improvements. - Ensure all sampling activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. *Preferred Requirements and Qualifications - Degree in Chemical Engineering (technical or university level). - Minimum 3 months of experience in chemical analysis and sampling in the mining industry. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
