Job Summary: Responsible for hygiene, disinfection, and order in common areas, as well as waste management, following safety and hygiene protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures hygiene and disinfection of common areas. 2. Manages waste disposal and performs general maintenance. 3. Requires attention to detail and organization in cleaning. Ensures hygiene, disinfection, and order in common areas (lobby, elevators, hallways, staircases, social areas) and manages waste disposal, following safety and hygiene protocols.
