Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC or Conventional Lathe Operator to machine industrial parts, ensuring precision and quality in accordance with technical drawings and protocols. We are currently recruiting for the following vacancy for our client, a leading company in the Cable Industry: CNC or Conventional Lathe Operator Department: Mechanical Engineering Job Objective Machine industrial parts according to technical drawings and established protocols, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with tolerances. Main Responsibilities Interpret drawings prior to machining each part. Perform machining of programmed parts within the specified tolerance range. Monitor and verify dimensions of machined parts. Prepare machines for execution of programmed jobs. Perform basic maintenance on tools used. Perform torch cutting on parts when required. Promptly report any issues or irregularities to the Supervisor. Comply with safety regulations, Internal Regulations, RISST, and current policies. Know and apply controls related to occupational hazards and environmental aspects. Required Profile Education: Higher Technician (graduated or certified). Technical Training: Machine Tool Mechanic Production Mechanic Metalworking Mechatronics Precision Mechanic Die Maker Key Knowledge: Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings. Experience: 2 to 5 years in similar positions within the metalworking sector or related fields. Conditions and Benefits Piece-rate payment (per produced part). Mobility subsidy. 80% covered lunch.
