Advise prospective students about our diploma programs, delivering personalized service to help them achieve their professional goals and complete enrollment. Requirements * Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service (preferred). * Experience managing contact management platforms (mandatory). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (reports, goal tracking, and portfolio management). * Excellent writing and written communication skills (most interactions occur via WhatsApp). * Goal-oriented mindset. * Proactivity, responsibility, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities * Advise prospective students about our diploma programs. * Sell our diploma programs, supporting students throughout the entire enrollment process. * Manage and follow up on assigned contact portfolios, submitting daily progress reports. * Achieve established commercial objectives. * Deliver an excellent student service experience.
