Requirements - Proven experience in concierge services for multifamily buildings (mandatory). - Residency in areas adjacent to Lince or Pueblo Libre. - Knowledge of building equipment and systems operation: *Security cameras. *Water pumps. *Basic operation and maintenance systems. - Immediate availability to start work. - Availability to work fixed and/or rotating shifts. - Communication skills and courteous interaction with owners, residents, and visitors. - Proactive attitude and service orientation. - Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to work. - High level of organization and ability to follow procedures.
