The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate incentive and commission settlements, securing integration with SAP ERP, and ensuring alignment with commercial and financial rules. Functional Requirements Knowledge of variable compensation models and commercial incentive programs. Understanding of commercial and sales processes. Experience in financial controls and reconciliation of variable payments. Focus on compliance, traceability, and auditability of calculations. Technical Requirements Experience with SAP Commissions / SAP Incentive Management: Web UI Composer Pipeline Framework Incentive plan modeling and calculation rule definition. Proficiency in SQL for data queries and analysis. Integrations via: Flat files Web Services IDOCs Experience handling high-volume data. Desirable Knowledge of SAP ERP.
