Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Center Operator for the night shift, with experience in video surveillance systems and operation of analytics-enabled cameras. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to manage alarms and analyze data Our client, a prestigious company, is looking for Control Center Operators for the night shift. Technical Competencies Knowledge of ANALYTICS-ENABLED CAMERAS Human/vehicle intrusion detection: Technologies such as Hikvision AcuSense distinguish real targets from false alarms (leaves, animals). Knowledge of monitoring software: Familiarity with platforms such as Hikvision iVMS, Smart PSS, Milestone, Genetec, or similar. Operation of video surveillance systems: Handling of cameras, recorders (DVR/NVR), and basic equipment configuration. Alarm management: Ability to interpret intrusion alerts, motion detection, or specific events (facial recognition, license plate reading, fire detection, etc.). Data analysis: Interpretation of reports and logs generated by the system. Technological response capability: Identification and basic resolution of software or hardware issues. · REQUIREMENTS: Training as a control center operator. Completed secondary education or higher studies. Availability to work in San Isidro (Av. Javier Prado Este). Availability for weekly shift rotation: day shift – night shift (7 AM to 7 PM – 7 PM to 7 AM). Minimum 1 year of experience as a control center operator with knowledge of ANALYTICS-ENABLED CAMERAS.
