Job Summary: We are seeking a Lathe Operator with experience in interpreting technical documentation, organizing materials, supervising activities, and controlling operational conditions for part machining. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and interpretation of technical documentation 2. Machining of parts on parallel lathes according to safety and quality criteria 3. Handling of manufacturing drawings and samples to be produced RESPONSIBILITIES: Reception and interpretation of technical documentation. Organization of materials, supplies, tools, safety equipment, and measuring instruments. Assignment and supervision of tasks to the assistant under their charge. Monitoring of operational conditions of the lathe, tools, measuring instruments, and base material. Preparation of tools and workpieces, considering the final product specified in the technical documentation. Machining of parts on parallel lathes, applying safety, quality, and productivity criteria. Minimum 1 year of experience as a LATHE OPERATOR in industrial settings. Certified completion of studies is mandatory. Handling of manufacturing drawings and samples to be produced. Knowledge of turning cycles including finishing, threading, etc. Reading of engineering drawings. Proper use of measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
