Job Summary: Coordinate and manage customs brokerage operations, from cargo pickup to service billing and settlement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination with transportation companies and port terminals 2. Permit management and customs documentation processing 3. Billing and operational settlement control At Citiaduanas, part of Grupo Citikold, we are seeking 01 Operations Assistant for customs brokerage services, responsible for: Coordinating with transportation companies for cargo pickup from customs warehouses or port terminals. Coordinating cargo entry or exit at the port terminal and managing the corresponding settlement. Processing the cargo release permit from the customs warehouse and scheduling its pickup. Obtaining weighbridge tickets from warehouses. Registering carriers with the port to enable them to book appointments or directly manage appointments with the port operator (depending on the port of shipment). Obtaining approvals from maritime agencies and/or freight agencies. Collecting and maintaining proper control of customs clearance documents required by law for customs agencies. Requesting/obtaining invoices issued by operators related to customs clearance (port, warehouses, maritime agencies). Reviewing payments made with departmental staff to prepare the operation closure email and proceed to billing/settlement. Coordinating billing/settlement upon completion of the operation. Requirements Technical or university degree in International Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. 01 year of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in SINTAD’s SCE software.
