Job Summary: PERULAB ECOLOGIC S.A.C. is seeking a Dairy Production Operator to support supervision of production, quality analysis, and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. PERULAB ECOLOGIC S.A.C. is currently seeking a Dairy Production Operator for its PACHACAMAC location. PROFILE: * Studies in Food Industries and/or related field. * With or without experience. * Must reside in nearby areas: Manchay, Pachacamac. * Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support supervision of product production on the production line. * Conduct quality analysis on yogurts and cheeses. * Support implementation of GMPs and SOPs at the dairy plant. * Support monthly inventory at the dairy plant. SALARY: * S/1400 LOCATION: * Valle Lurín, Manchay Bajo Sector, Lot B, U.C. 07347 \- Pachacamac WORK HOURS: * Monday to Saturday.
