**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and supervise the medical operation of the surgical center.
* Ensure compliance with **patient safety and safe surgery** protocols.
* Supervise the proper functioning of operating rooms, recovery areas, and central sterilization.
* Verify that medical staff possess the required documentation, licensure, and qualifications.
* Supervise the accurate preparation and management of clinical records, informed consents, and medical\-surgical documentation.
* Coordinate with nursing, anesthesiology, pharmacy, sterilization, and administration departments to ensure comprehensive care.
* Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory oversight processes conducted by health authorities.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and manage quality and safety indicators.
* Contribute to optimizing the scheduling and utilization of operating rooms.
* Supervise the appropriate use and availability of supplies, equipment, and resources required for operations.
* Lead risk management and response to adverse events or emergency situations.
**What We Are Looking For**
* **Licensed Medical Surgeon**, with an active and valid Medical License (CMP) and authorization to practice.
* Medical or surgical specialty certification.
* **3 to 5 years of experience** in Medical Directorship, Surgical Center Management, hospital administration, or similar positions.
* Proven experience managing operating rooms and multidisciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of patient safety protocols, safe surgery standards, and health regulations.
* Experience in audits, inspections, or health regulatory oversight processes will be highly valued.
* Training in **Medical Auditing, Health Management, or Health Administration** is desirable.

Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month
