We are currently recruiting for the following position on behalf of our client ARVAL: Delivery Analyst Requirements: Completed technical diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or university degree in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Basic to intermediate Excel skills Knowledge of automotive mechanics Strong customer service orientation 4 years of experience performing similar functions Responsibilities: Adherence to departmental procedures and policies. Responding to user requests regarding appointment scheduling, advisory support, or follow-up for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, tire replacement, technical inspection, replacement vehicles, roadside assistance, general inspections, and any other vehicle-related incidents or requests—utilizing Arval Peru’s preferred workshop network. Confirming appointments with workshops when necessary and sending confirmation to the client. Creating events in Daytona for scheduled vehicles. Addressing inquiries or requests from users/drivers regarding the vehicles they operate. Managing the creation, coordination, and resolution of complaints. Updating user information in Daytona for vehicle users. Identifying issues during follow-ups and proposing process improvements. Compliance with department-defined policies regarding use of the Preferred Network. 3. Secondary Responsibilities: Conducting follow-up calls for post-event surveys. Coordinating replacement vehicles. Arranging drivers to transport vehicles to and from workshops. Acting as Middle Office expert when required by the immediate supervisor or for operational efficiency purposes. Performing all duties in accordance with Arval Peru’s procedures, policies, and work instructions concerning service quality, environmental care, and personal safety. Ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) standards. Completing training programs assigned by Corporate and/or HR. Conditions: Competitive market-based salary, full payroll registration including all statutory benefits. Contract: Indefinite-term contract from day one, with a probationary period. EPS coverage: 85% for employee and dependents. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, San Isidro; 2 remote days and 3 office days per week. (First month is 100% onsite.)
