Minimum 2 years of experience performing maintenance tasks related to electricity, generator sets, refrigeration equipment, and motor repair. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of white goods (gastronomic equipment). Knowledge of electrical and plumbing work. Teamwork / Adaptability / Commitment. Operation of Drinking Water Treatment Plants and Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plants. What will you achieve? The primary objective of this position is to maintain industrial mechanical and electrical equipment within the assigned area, as well as perform maintenance and interventions on low-voltage switchboards, ensuring proper operation and service quality. Periodically inspect, report on, and monitor the condition of infrastructure in service areas and company offices. Where applicable, inspect the operation of client coffee machines and inform the supervisor for coordination of support. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building lighting equipment. Replace light fixtures (fluorescent lamps, dichroic lamps, and bulbs). Respond to user requests for maintenance. Assist in relocating furniture (tables, desks, etc.), documents, and other items. Provide support in arranging meeting rooms as required. Maintain assigned tools, instruments, and safety equipment in good condition. Promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any issue that may affect service delivery, safety, or the environment. Comply with and enforce safety rules and procedures.
