We are seeking an Electronic or Mechatronic Engineer to ensure the optimal operation of high-technology medical equipment, delivering excellent technical service and professional, customer-oriented support.

We seek an **Electronic or Mechatronic Engineer** to join our team and take on the challenge of ensuring the optimal operation of **high-technology medical equipment**, such as linear accelerators, brachytherapy systems, and associated equipment.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent technical service, ensuring continuity and reliability of these critical systems, as well as providing **close, professional, and customer-oriented support**.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
**EDUCATION:** Licensed (registered) Engineer
**BASIC QUALIFICATION:** Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** One (1) year of experience in maintenance, installation, or repair of medical equipment
**LANGUAGES:** Intermediate level of technical English (manual reading)
**COMPUTER SKILLS:** Proficient user-level Microsoft Office (not mandatory)
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS:**
* Experience with radiotherapy medical equipment (e.g., linear accelerators, brachytherapy, X-ray, or others) is desirable.
* Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team
* Willingness to travel nationwide
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Perform installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs of equipment according to assigned schedules.
* Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with customers, ensuring accurate understanding of completed work and reinforcing trust-based relationships.
* Timely follow-up on customer technical requests and requirements, ensuring efficient service delivery within established timeframes.
* Coordinate and collaborate with the logistics department and other support areas to ensure proper management of spare parts, tools, and required documentation.
* Availability to conduct scheduled maintenance trips across the country.
* Prepare verification reports for assigned equipment and calibrators, when required.
* Report daily executed tasks to the Division Supervisor and/or Technical Service Coordinator.
* Comply with company-established safety, quality, and protocol standards, as well as those set by equipment manufacturers.

Salary: Starting at S/.3,900.00 per month
